Un peu plus bas et on d\u00e9forme le tissu.<\/p>\n<h5>Porte d\u2019entr\u00e9e :<\/h5>\n<p> C\u2019est une phase d\u2019attente et de pr\u00e9paration pendant l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration.<br \/>\nLe pilote se pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 d\u00e9clencher le prochain virage mais reste neutre \u00e0 la sellette et bras haut, permettant \u00e0 la voile d\u2019emmagasiner le plus d\u2019\u00e9nergie possible pendant cette phase.<\/p>\n<h5>Point z\u00e9ro :<\/h5>\n<p> Le pilote est \u00e0 la verticale sous sa voile apr\u00e8s la phase d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration, c\u2019est le point d\u2019\u00e9nergie maximum de la manoeuvre.<\/p>\n<h5>Conduite :<\/h5>\n<p> Comme pour le virage dynamique, c\u2019est une action de dosage du frein int\u00e9rieur servant \u00e0 ajuster l\u2019angle du virage par rapport \u00e0 la vitesse.<\/p>\n<h5>Contre :<\/h5>\n<p> Comme pour la sortie chandelle, c\u2019est une action de freinage de la demi-aile ext\u00e9rieure pour contrer la rotation.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<h7>Pilotage:<\/h7><br \/>\nPour initier la manoeuvre, le plus simple est de cr\u00e9er du roulis \u00e0 la sellette.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\u00ab\u00a0 &#8211; Facile \u2026 droite, gauche, droite ,gauche\u2026<br \/>\n&#8211; \u2026 Oui, \u00e0 condition d\u2019avoir le rythme\u2026<br \/>\nComme pour le tangage, essaye avec un pendule au bout des doigts !\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nUne fois cette amplitude de confort obtenue, il faudra conduire le virage en accompagnant la rotation d\u2019un freinage progressif mais continu sur la demi-aile int\u00e9rieure.<br \/>\nC\u2019est un virage dynamique d\u00e9clench\u00e9 au point z\u00e9ro.<br \/>\nLe pilote transfert rapidement son poids du c\u00f4t\u00e9 ou il veut tourner, d\u00e9s que cet appui est plac\u00e9, il va rechercher le point de contact sym\u00e9trique sur les commandes.<br \/>\nCette action \u00e0 pour but de verrouiller l\u2019appui sellette, et de pr\u00e9parer le pilotage de l\u2019aile ext\u00e9rieure.<br \/>\nIl ne restera plus qu\u2019\u00e0 accompagner ou \u00ab\u00a0conduire\u00a0\u00bb la rotation, avec le frein int\u00e9rieur.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nLe dosage de ce freinage d\u00e9pendra de la voile, de l\u2019amplitude et de la vitesse, il doit en tout les cas \u00eatre progressif, le but est d\u2019emmener le bord d\u2019attaque face a la plan\u00e8te pour pouvoir repartir en acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration sym\u00e9trique et\u00a0d\u00e9clencher un virage du c\u00f4t\u00e9 oppos\u00e9.<br \/>\nCette acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration sym\u00e9trique ne sera obtenue qu\u2019apr\u00e8s quelques mouvements, \u00e0 chaque mouvement, si le pilotage est bien r\u00e9alis\u00e9, vous emmagasinez de l\u2019\u00e9nergie.<br \/>\nSi le freinage int\u00e9rieur est trop puissant, ou forc\u00e9, la voile ne glisse pas assez et perds de la vitesse.<br \/>\nA l\u2019inverse, trop peu de commande int\u00e9rieur et la voile ne tournera pas \u2026<br \/>\nLa commande ext\u00e9rieur restera au contact du d\u00e9but \u00e0 la fin du virage, il faudra n\u00e9anmoins rester vigilant, ce point de contact est mobile pendant la manoeuvre, il faudra rester \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute de votre voile pour pouvoir r\u00e9agir.<br \/>\nC\u2019est comme en thermique, pas assez d\u2019ext\u00e9rieur et \u00e7a ferme, trop et \u00e7a ne tourne pas \u2026.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nPendant la conduite du virage, il est important que le pilote visualise l\u2019axe de sortie en cherchant des rep\u00e8res \u00ab\u00a0par dessus l\u2019\u00e9paule\u00a0\u00bb int\u00e9rieure.<br \/>\nCette prise de rep\u00e8res lui permettra de placer au mieux son contre une fois la rotation souhait\u00e9e obtenue.<br \/>\nLe but \u00e9tant de finir la rotation face au sol pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer autant que possible avant de relancer le suivant.<br \/>\nDes que le pilote \u00e0 contr\u00e9 la rotation, il se remet au neutre \u00e0 la sellette, bras haut, et laisse la voile reprendre de l\u2019\u00e9nergie pendant l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration.<br \/>\nC\u2019est la porte d\u2019entr\u00e9e pour le suivant, on recommence la s\u00e9quence\u2026<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nSi le pilote veut s\u2019arr\u00eater il sortira de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on qu\u2019une sortie de spirale : chandelle ou dissipation.<br \/>\nLes wing-over parfaits sont constitu\u00e9s de rotations de 270\u00b0 (\u00be de tour),<br \/>\nLe but du jeu est donc d\u2019arriver \u00e0 amplifier progressivement chaque virage, pour passer d\u2019un roulis inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 30\u00b0 aux 270\u00b0 recherch\u00e9s.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<h7>Risques:<\/h7><\/p>\n<h5>Fermetures<\/h5>\n<p>Comme pour les virages dynamiques et les sorties chandelles, des risques de fermetures sont pr\u00e9sents, associ\u00e9s \u00e0 des phases de vol dynamique, elles peuvent partir en autorotation.<\/p>\n<h5>D\u00e9tente<\/h5>\n<p>En recherchant \u00e0 passer au dessus de la voile, le pilote s\u2019expose \u00e0 des d\u00e9tentes des suspentes si celui-ci n\u2019a pas assez de vitesse.<br \/>\nChute libre, twist, et sorties al\u00e9atoires peuvent \u00eatre \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir.<\/p>\n<h5>Vrilles<\/h5>\n<p>Si le pilote force un virage dans un mauvais timing, la voile peut partir en vrille.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<h7>La cl\u00e9:<\/h7><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>\u00ab\u00a0Ne sois pas trop gourmand, prends ton temps,<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>si tu as de la vitesse, l\u2019angle vient tout seul !<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>L\u2019inverse ne marche pas \u2026\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pr\u00e9requis: Le virage dynamique , La sortie chandelle. &nbsp;
